Pot Party Bylaws

The Purposes of the Pot Party Are:

I. To legalize pot use.

II. To implement proportional representation.
"In order to advance to a direct democracy system and majority rule, the US should switch all voting systems
into proportional representation."
A. Proportional Electoral College and the advanced single-winner US
President election system based on rank voting, majority rule, and verifiable paper ballots.
B. Proportional US Senate and House of Representatives
C. Proportional State Senates and Assemblies
D. Proportional County Councils and Judiciaries
E. Proportional City Councils and school districts

To accomplish these goals through sound environmental policies, consistent with:

I. Protection of human liberty.

II. Sustainable, robust, general economic prosperity.

III. Advancement of civilization transcending the nation-state.
